Refund Policy
If you find you are unable to complete your scheduled Palm service or do not meet the system requirements, you can request a refund prior to any services being rendered. Your refund request must be made within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days of purchase, your eligibility for the the Palm service expires and your payment may be forfeited.
